Restorative Psychology supports authentic living — where identity, neurodiversity, and relationships thrive.
At its core, Restorative Psychology and Wellness recognises that many relational and emotional difficulties are not signs of defect, but signs of unmet needs, unresolved experiences, or difficulties with self-understanding and authenticity.

Restorative Psychology & Wellness provides trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming evidence-based psychology services for individuals, couples, and families throughout Australia and U.S. PSYPACT states.

I am a U.S.-trained psychologist, former professor of psychology, mother to three, and dedicated advocate for inclusive and restorative practices in the psychology and wellness sphere.
I leverage over 20 years experience helping individuals, couples, and families impacted by mental health, addiction, and relationship distress. I have particular interest and experience focused on self-nurturing, empowerment, motivation, relationship functioning, non-traditional families, and unique challenges for women, parents, LGBTQIA+, neurospicy, and other marginalised people.
I provide evidence-based individual, family, and couples therapy, including Gottman method couples counseling. My goal is for clients to leave every session with new insights and actionable steps toward their goals.
